Role:

REO Capital LLC is looking for an Independent Placement Agent with a client list of high net worth or family offices to raise capital for our fund and help place money into emerging managers' funds. REO Capital is one of the premier Realestate & private equity firms in the ecosystem, investing in state-legal portfolio companies. We are an SEC registrant with a 12-year track record.

We are a global capital raising firm for Venture Capital and Private Equity Emerging Managers and Established Managers of private funds with unique strategies. REO Capital has over 50 years of combined experience in raising capital for Emerging Managers over the past 12 years. REO Capital has specialized in working with unique strategies of Emerging Managers & Established Managers that seek to raise money from $100 million to $1 billion in new capital for a Retainer & Success Fee.

Qualifications:

• Pay is commission based on what you bring in and is very generous.

• You can work remotely and be fully supported by the team regarding marketing materials,

• Sales support, meetings, and due diligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Raising capital

• Introducing clients to Merida

• Marketing a private equity fund

• Must have raised over $5M in a past fund.

Desirable Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related subject is preferred.

• Prior experience in financial markets or fintech is a plus.

• Initiative to take ownership and willing to go above and beyond without being asked

• Flexible and willing to change priorities based on needs

• Prior experience at another firm, fund, or institution.

• Set your hours

• Commission based on experience

• Bonuses on deals closed.

• Pay: Up to $350,000+ per year (based on commission split and performance).
